Your first visit, minute by minute.

No prep, nothing to take, and nothing to figure out on your own.

One of the beds at Starlight Haven, lid open and lit, ready for a session

Here's what happens.

  1. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.

We'll show you around and answer any questions.

  2. Fill out a short safety form.

It takes a few minutes and tells us the session is a good fit for you.

  3. Choose your session.

We'll walk you through the settings. [Confirm: how settings are chosen]

  4. Lie back in the light.

You'll have the room to yourself {Confirm: private room}. Eye protection on, nothing to operate.

  5. Back to your day.

After 15 minutes you're done, and you can book your next one on the way out.

What to wear.

[Chantel: what guests wear, what to remove (jewelry, makeup?), what to bring]

A quick safety check before your first session.

The form asks a few safety questions, like whether you're pregnant or take medication that makes you more sensitive to light. It's there so you can make a good decision, and we'll never use it to tell you what's wrong with you. If any of it applies, check with your doctor before you book.

A quiet, private room.
